The case describes a patient with a pathologically proven, surgically treated 1st trimester hemorrhagic heterotopic pregnancy. Her significant past medical history included a remote tubal ligation followed by tubal re-anastomosis 6 years later. Ultrasound confirmed both intrauterine and ectopic pregnancies. Upon laparoscopy, an actively bleeding, ruptured right-sided tubal ectopic pregnancy was confirmed at the scarred site of tubal re-anastomosis and was subsequently removed.
