Rupture of amebic liver abscess into stomach is a relatively rare complication and only twenty cases have been reported so far. We report a case of a male patient who presented with epigastric pain and fever with chills for over a month. Ultrasound abdomen revealed liver abscess involving the left lobe of liver. Serology for Entamoeba histolytica was found to be positive. Patient was lost to follow up and returned after a week with self relieved pain and mucus passage in vomitus and stool. Abdomen CT showed that the abscess was closely abutting the stomach and contained air foci and the part of stomach abutting the abscess cavity revealed a perforation. The patient was kept nil per oral with antibiotic coverage and after a period of 5 months the fistula got sealed on it’s own.
