Findings: A, B) Displays the mapping of the MRS with regards to N-acetylaspartate (NAA), creatine (Cre), choline (Cho), myo-inositol (Ins), and lactate (Lac), with a double peak seen at 1.15 parts per million representing Proplyene Glycol (orange arrow). An increase in lactate is noted. Furthermore, elevated Cho/Cr (+28% to 36%) in the mid-occipital gray and bilateral basal ganglia is noted.
