FINDINGS: Contrast enhanced CT demonstrates a large interhemispheric cyst (B and C) (red arrow) communicating with body and occipital horn of left lateral ventricle (A) (green arrow) which appear dilated. There was resultant compression of left cerebral parenchyma by the cyst along with dilated lateral ventricle (pink star). The right lateral ventricle was slightly prominent in size (blue arrow), although still small in comparison to left side. TECHNIQUE: CT scan (Multislice, 16-detector) of the Brain, 4mL of iohexol contrast, 120 kV and 250 mA
