56-year-old female with invasive fungal sinusitis with internal carotid and ophthalmic artery thrombosis leading to loss of vision. Findings: Plain MRI image of brain and paranasal sinuses in T2w axial plane demonstrates polypoidal mucosal thickening (solid arrow) in both maxillary sinuses (L>R). Mucosal thickening in right mastoid (star). Technique: 1.5 T magnet strength, Philips, Ingenia, 5000 ms TR, 100ms TE, 4.8 mm slice thickness
