It would be great if we had every day a new case......from different areas......I can provide one breast / some MSK case a week.....
important in my eyes is that there is some correlation with Surgery-Histology etc - if anybody would likel to try the radiology teacher from Roland - it works.....
I am happy to give eplanations over the phone too if necessary 440 715 5242

Why should I participate in the Case of the Week (COTW)?
There are many reasons:
1. It is a great learning experience for you AND the rest of the world you are sharing yoru teaching files with
2. The COTW are unique cases with self-evaluation/quiz features (easy to create - see below)
3. Your cases will be featured on high traffic educational sites such as
- www.Radiolopolis.com
- and other educational sites to come

Interested? Then you might like to know how to create the COTW?

This is a step by step tutorial how to create a case of the week directly from Radiolopolis:

If you follow these steps there should be no problem:
(After done the first or 2 cases this becomes baby easy!)

1. Click on "My teaching files"
2. click on "Click here to enter" (or confirm that you want to add Radiology Teacher to your applications)
3. A new browser window opens - click on "click here"
4. Click on "Create a new case" in the right upper corner
5. At least these information are needed: diagnosis, history, age, gender, discussion (the other infos would be ideal)
6. Click on "save case"
7. Click on the "Exam module" button (the fifth from the upper right icon row.
8. Enter the appropriate question, answer choices (checkmark the correct ones) and a little explanation.
9. Click on "Save quiz"
10. Click on link "Back to the case menu"
11. Checkmark the "Finished?" box and click "save case"
12. A new text appears at the bottom - please click on "Apply here for the "Case of The Day"!" - it sends an email to us with the correct case ID so we can approve it.

That's it!
Please post any questions and suggestions in our group forum.
Thank you
