Radiolopolis 
Beside the top user menu in the user account, Radiolopolis provides an additional user menu to the left side on every page. It provides quick accesss to the most popular features and keeps the user updated about friend and messaging status.
Below your name you will see, how much karma you have. Karma is basically a popularity and contribution index. People with higher karma will be awarded on Radiolopolis in several ways and have access to more features as people with less karma. You can earn karma by contributing to the community in many ways - may it be by adding friends, contributing cases, videos, writing blogs and forum comments and much more...
The first row below your karma shows if and how many unread new messages you have in your mailbox. You can directly go into your inbox and read these messages by clicking the link.
The next line shows you if and how many friend requests you have. Click that link to either accept or decline these requests.
The following lines provide links to most popular applications.
My Friends displays all of your friends on one page. This way you can easily contact them without a long search.
My Groups displays all groups you have created or joined. You may add announcemets in your own groups, add posts on the walls of joined groups and start and join discussions in the group specific discussion forums.
My Photos is your personal photo portfolio, where you can create albums, upload photos and share them with your friends. You can define in your privacy settings who should be allowed to see your photos.
My Cases allows you to share your interesting cases with your colleagues and freinds and vice versa. You may upload pertinent images of the cases, add a diagnosis, description, modality and other information about your case. Compared to My Photos, this is available all the time to the public. however, you will be always given credit for your submitted cases. Furthermore, a point system will award you - the more cases you submit the better for the community and the higher you will be also awarded.
My Videos allows you to share your videos with the community. You may either add a link to videos, such as from Youtube or you may upload your video directly. Multiple video formats are accepted, including Flash files. The video system is very sophisticated and allows to browse, search, rate, comment and do many more things with the videos.
My Forum is the discussion forum, where everybody can discuss a variety of topics and ask questions. There will be almost guaranteed somebody who can answer these questions.
My Chat is a real time communication center. Similar to other IRC chat systems like Skype, ICQ and others, it allows to communicate with your friends in real time - almost as if they would sit next to you! Several chat rooms are available, that may be entered and switched at any time. You may also send instantly private messages - if you want to have some privacy. Multiple configuration tools allow you to tailor YOUR chat room to YOUR individual needs.
My Blog is a blogging system that allows you to create your own blog. Express yourself and tell the world, what you have to tell. Do you have some opinions about radiological issues or do you just want to keep your community uptodate about some specific topics? Then this is the right place!
Invite allows you to inform your friends from other networks about Radiolopolis and to invite them to join this community. The invitation process is easy as 1-2-3 - just pick the social network and invite.
