The Objective of this group is to revise the radiology theory by sharing the facts... and most importantly the seniors - who will give as tips & important radiological pearls!!!!

Check the humeral epiphysis centre of CXR, most term infants will have one at birth. If not, can still be term but raises the possibility of pre term infants, which narrows your differentials for lung disease of newborn.

Lisfranc Fracture-Dislocation -Malalignment of second 2nd metatarsal and middle cuneiform. -Associated fractures: base of metatarsal and cuneiform. -Two Types: Homolateral (1-5 or 2-5 laterally displaced), Divergent (1 -> medial, 2-5 -> laterally displaced).
