There is a hypodense mass in left liver lobe. It seems to have some swirling more hyperdense material which resembles internal hemorrhage. There seems to be another, less hypodense area in the right lobe - another focus? Could be a variety of etiologies; hemorrhagic cyst/biliary hamartoma, neoplasm, infectious etiology. Especially on ultrasound it appears to have some ring like alternating hypoechogenicities which could represent a hydatid cyst (taking your location/Iraq into account a higher probability).

    Anybody else with other thoughts?

Ultrasound is a quick and cheap modality and recommended as initial modality. Of course there might be exceptions such as in an emergent situation where CT should be done first.
