Unruptured multicompartmental left sinus of valsalva aneurysm with chronic dissection of interatrial

history and clinical presentation: 30 year old female presented with history of intermittent palpitation and exertional breathlessness. On evaluation, scanogram showed ventricular wall calcifications. On further evaluation with 64 slice CT scanner, it proved to be unruptured aneurysm from the left sinus of Valsalva.
