    We present this case because,

    i. Aneurysm from the left coronary sinus is rare.

    ii. Presence of multilobulated aneurysm from a single coronary sinus is rare.

    iii. Presence of multicompartmental extension is hardly reported.

    iv. Coronary sinus aneurysm dissecting into either interatrial septum or left ventricular free wall is hardly reported.

    v. Large size of the aneurysms without rupture and without symptoms.
