Female, 50

Diagnosis

Bilateral tubal Clip

History

Patient with history of chronic abdominal pain for past 6 months and previous history of fallopian tube ligation underwent a CT scan.

Findings

Bilateral hyperintense lesions were seen around the location of the ureter in the CT scan which were suspected to be bilateral ureteric stones due to history of chronic abdominal pain but after further history it was ruled out due to a history of bilateral clip tubal ligation.

Discussion

Case presents a need to take a thorough history the findings when reporting a diagnosis of bilateral ureteric stones are considered in a patient
